Lease Terms

We only offer month-to-month lease terms on all of our apartments.

Smoking

Smoking is NOT permitted inside any apartment. No exceptions. 

Pets

We are pet friendly! 

• A maximum of two pets are allowed for an extra fee of $35/pet per month. 

• A non-refundable fee of $150 must also be paid prior to move in. 

• Both dogs and cats are allowed, with some breed restrictions.

Applicant Requirements

• Application required via Apartments.com for each prospective tenant above 18 years old. Please see here to apply to any available apartments.

• 2.5x rent income is required to be considered, this means if rent is $1,000/month, the household monthly gross income should be $2,500.

• Employer, landlord, and personal references will be contacted.

• Copies of the last two paystubs and photo IDs.

• Background and credit check.

Move-In Requirements

• Deposit equal to one month's rent.

• Any applicable fees such as a non-refundable pet deposit.

• First month's rent. 

Utilities

Landlord covers sewer and trash collection services. Tenants pay all other utilities.

Other Fees

Late Rent Fee

5% of monthly rent or $50, whichever is greater 

Mowing Fee

$40/month on April through end of September

Lock-Out Fee

$25 per instance

Key Replacement (Lost Key)

$15 per copy of key

Smoke Alarm Replacement Fee

$35 per alarm. Please note tampering with smoke and carbon alarms is a violation of the lease terms.

Code Enforcement Citation Fee
