Q: Do you allow pets?

A: Yes, we allow up to 2 pets per apartment for a $35 fee per pet and a non-refundable pet fee of $150.


Q: Is anything included with the rent?

A: The landlord pays for sewer and garbage fees, all other utilities are the responsibility of the tenant, including water, gas, and electric bill.


Q: How can I pay rent?

A: Rent payments can be made via TenantCloud.com. If you have not provided your email to us, please do so via the contact form. Q: How can I submit maintenance requests?

A: Maintenance requests can be made via TenantCloud. 


Q: Can I do repairs myself and have that amount compensated in rent?

A: Not without prior written approval. Although we do sometimes allow tenants to make repairs themselves, we prefer to handle it. Special exceptions may occur when you want to do something unique to your apartment or paint.


Q: Will you enter my property at any time?

A: No! NYS law requires us to give you reasonable notice to enter your premises except in cases of emergency. You will have at least 24 hours written notice of entry into your property, unless we knock and you let us in.
